WMD Overseer Stereo Filter

The Overseer from WMD is a stereo filter inspired by the filter types often included in DJ mixers. Both filters share a cutoff off frequency control, with stereo inputs and outputs, a bypass switch and a tilt function. The Tilt function offsets the cutoff frequency between the two filters, creating some interesting stereo effects.
