Steinberg's AXR4U establishes new standards for quality in an all-in-one audio interface, providing previously inconceivable resolution and a feature set sure to make it at home in any studio big or small. The AXR4's four hybrid mic preamps were developed by Yamaha to provide a clean, clear response perfectly suited for even the most discerning audiophile. These preamps also employ licensed Ruper Neve Designs Silk processors, a transformer stage that allows you to model the behavior of classic Neve consoles. You have the choice of Red or Blue Silk processes, great for emphasizing the high end and low end of your signal, respectively. With continuously variable Texture control, this allows you to tailor the harmonic response of these preamps to your input signal, whatever it may be.

AXR4T employ's Steinerg's Super Suppression Plase Locked Loop technology to provide an inexpensive alternative to using a dedicated master clock to reduce system jitter. Keeping all of your equipment running in lock step, this eliminates the inconsistencies that can result from several improperly synced devices. This coupled with the AXR4's 384kHz/32-bit integer recording quality allows for near-perfect preservation of all of the nuances of your sound. Integrated Yamaha DSP provides the option for latency-free monitoring through effects based on classic studio gear, making tracking feel comfortable and natural.

With plenty of analog I/O, ADAT and AES/EBU support, integrated MIDI input and output, and even the ability to stack up to three AXR4 units, this interface will fit seamlessly into any setup.
