DELUXE61 from Origin Effects is not your average tremolo pedal, but a faithful recreation of the tube bias tremolo effect found in the early 1960s Fender Deluxe amplifiers—condensed into a portable stompbox format. Compared to VCA and Optical tremolo designs which continuously alternate the level of the signal based on the modulator's rate and shape, tube bias tremolos are known for their increased sensitivity to playing dynamics, leading to a responsive playing experience and a natural sound. This reactive behavior is meticulously reconstructed in DELUXE61, allowing players to take their favorite sound on the road without breaking their backs.

The pedal is equipped with two modulation shapes—Sine and Full Wave. While the former delivers a very smooth volume drifts that the vintage amps are known for, the latter adds an asymmetrical variation that works especially well at slower speeds by adding subtle movement. Origin Effects also equipped DELUXE61 with a mild overdrive circuit and post-drive EQ section which is sure to add a layer of warmth to your tone.
