The Trinity 2.0 Digital Drum Array from Modbap Modular is the second coming of their powerful, multi-voice percussion module, delivering a refined and enhanced palette of performative percussion for your Eurorack system. Like the original Trinity, the 2.0 version gives you three independent drum voices, each with multiple drum synthesis algorithms. These voices can be dialed in for specific sounds, cycled through to create sequences of sounds on each trigger, or stacked to create complex drum and cymbal combinations. In addition to volt per octave and trigger inputs, each voice can be radically morphed with CV, affecting character and shape, decay time, pitch modulation, saturation, and ratcheting glitches. With its USB MIDI connectivity, flexible output routing, and compact size, the Trinity 2.0 sets the bar for a modern Eurorack drum machine module.

While the 2.0 version keeps most of Trinity's intuitive panel controls in place, the micro USB input has been updated to a USB-C connector. Behind the panel, the new Trinity 2.0 firmware features a ton of enhancements to take your drum voices further. First, two new synthesis modes, Orb and Clang, add resonant drums and sizzling cymbals to Trinity's sonic arsenal. The preset system has been expanded to account for this breadth of tonal possibilities, now with four preset sounds per voice able to be saved and recalled on the device. Leveraging this powerful preset array, the Trinity 2.0 now features a MIDI finger drumming mode, allowing you to connect common MIDI grid controllers to its USB input and directly play or sequence all twelve drum presets, bringing a huge variety of percussion sounds to your rack in a very compact unit.
