Make Noise Ch.Svr Channel Saver
Pulled from and expanding upon the central channels of their legendary Maths module, Ch.Svr, or Channel Saver, is a handy sum, offset, and attenuverter utility by Make Noise. Two channels are available for scaling or inverting external signals, but when left unpatched you're given scalable offset voltages of +/- 5V and +/- 8V. Below these, a third channel is available to crossfade two signals or attenuate just one, as one input is normalized to ground (0V). And finally, at the very bottom is a handy summing circuit for all three channels, with SUM and INVerted Sum outputs that allow you to simultaneously use a summed signal and its reflected components across your patch. They say you can never have too many VCAs (which is true!) but utilities like these are a close second, and Make Noise's Channel Saver is ready to slip into your rack and serve all of your attenuverting and summing needs.
