The Klark Teknik 76-KT is a FET-style compressor, perfect for defining the dynamic makeup of your mix. The discrete signal path includes Neutrik XLR connectors, Midas input and output transformers, and a class-A line level output amplifier.

The attack controls the time it takes for the compressor to respond to audio above the threshold level and times range from 20–800 microseconds. The release is the time the compressor is active after the audio dips under the threshold and has release times from 80–700milliseconds. The compression ratios can be selected by a push button with ratios of 4:1, 8:1, 12:1, and 20:1, depending on your needs. The VU-meter provides clear reading of the volume level and has selectable zero point or can visualize gain reduction.
