The latest incarnation of the Erica Synths AcidBox mobilizes the core of the infamous Polivoks VCF, albeit in stereo and alongside an optimal feature set consisting of a unique overdrive circuit, syncable LFO, an envelope follower, and both manual and remote control over the filter cutoff.

The AcidBox was designed for use with a wide variety of audio sources, particularly guitars and line level sources. Lending to this orientation is a configurable control input that lets users connects a bypass footswitch or expression pedal, adjustable input gain, and an LFO sync trigger. All of this and more makes the AcidBox III ideal for both the studio and the stage.
