Dubreq Stylophone CPM DS-2

Sculpt stunning drones with captivating movement and rich analog power with the Stylophone CPM DS-2 Analog Drone Synthesizer from Dubreq. Stepping strongly into the modular environment, the legendary Stylophone brand delivers the first of their compact portable modular instruments with a double-dose of analog drone voices featuring Eurorack compatibility. In a compact form factor built for droning on the go, the DS-2 offers two 3340 oscillators each paired with a 3320 filter, leveraging the analog warmth of these classic chips to enable immersive drones with plenty of modulation opportunities.

These voices are controlled by the Ultra LFO, providing two independent waveforms with a shared rate control and multiple waveshapes from classic to unique. Use the onboard switches to route modulations to oscillator and filter parameters, crafting nuanced changes in timbre that make for exciting and immersive drone performances. At the output, the DS-2 provides a dark delay and vintage-inspired multi-mode reverb to send your sounds into deep space. While fantastically capable as a standalone instrument, you can also integrate the DS-2 into a Eurorack set-up, adding additional modulation and sequencing from your favorite modules or using the DS-2 as a rich sound and modulation source in a larger patch. Whether you're using the battery power and onboard speaker to drone in the park or integrating into a broader Eurorack ecosystem, the Stylophone CPM DS-2 from Dubreq is a fun and accessible instrument empowering deeply rich drones in any context.
