The Behringer VT999 Vintage Tube Monster is a vacuum tube overdrive, great for boosting and sculpting your instrument's tone. It uses hand selected 12AX7 vacuum tubes that impart a warm, rich tone to your signal. Drive them with the gain control to really hear the much loved saturation that they impart. Further shape your tone with the three-band EQ that allows you to dial in that perfect sound. Behringer added a noise gate with adjustable threshold to keep everything noise-free, but that's optional if you want some intense distortion.
