Behringer 2600

The 2600 from Behringer delivers a piece of synth history to your studio, now more affordable and feature-packed than ever before. This analog synthesizer faithfully recaptures the analog brilliance of the original ARP 2600, now available in a rackmountable unit that integrates seamlessly into your modern studio. The three VCO design offers the same rich sound generation that made it the standard for serious monophonic synths, each with LFO mode, FM inputs, and multiple wave types for sculpting your own tones. As a semimodular instrument, the 2600 requires no patching to make sound, while its eighty-three patchpoints offer a world of sound exploration waiting to be heard.

Like the original, the Behringer 2600 features a classic synth architecture, with multimode VCF, ring modulator, sample and hold, LFOs, envelopes, and many more tools to help you craft detailed sounds and gestures. The many fader controls provide real time access to all these parameters, perfect for making changes on the fly during a performance. At the output, a realistic digital spring reverb bathes your sound in vintage bliss, with both main and headphone outputs for silent synthesizing during those late night sessions. With the added full MIDI implementation, you can easily integrate the 2600 with your DAW or favorite controller. If you're looking for vintage tones in a modern format that won't break the bank, the 2600 from Behringer is a blast from the past that sounds great.
