Aston Microphones Origin is a cardioid condenser microphone that offers flexible performance with stellar audio quality. The smooth response works great with everything from acoustic guitars to vocalists, perfectly capturing all the subtleties.

The shock-resistant wave-form spring head acts both as protection for the capsule and provides off-axis rejection to make sure you only record what you want. The integrated mesh-knit stainless steel pop filter helps eliminate plosives and shield against multiple wavelengths of electromagnetic interference. It uses a mix of discrete and integrated electronic circuitry and features nonlinear voltage/current source rectification that results in controlled and clean amplification. Mount the Origin on any standard mic stand with the integrated threaded adapter.
