Artiphon Orba

Orba from Artiphon is a pocket sized MIDI instrument that is fun to play and allows for expressive playing. It is played with gestures such as tapping, sliding, and waving, and can be further manipulated by shaking, tilting, and bumping the unit itself. It can be used as a synth, looper, or controller for maximum playing flexibility.

The onboard synthesizer allows for music making anywhere: simply turn it on and start making music. Use with the on-board speaker to share the music making, or use with headphones for practice and private jams. It features four parts: drum, bass, chord, and lead, all of which can be used in conjunction to create full arrangements. The looper allows you to lay down tracks and improvise over them.

Orba can also be used as a MIDI controller and features MIDI over USB-C or Bluetooth. The Orba app allows access to additional songs, sounds, and settings. Orba brings music making to the masses, making it fun and easy to make music anywhere.
