Lunge from Adventure Audio is a beautiful combination of octave and chorusing effects in a single pedal. The Blend control lets you set the mix between your dry and the effected signal, while Depth determines the amount of modulation applied to chorus. The +/- knob allows you to shift the sound up and down an octave, and the Warp control acts as a mild pitch detuner, also having a direct effect on the range of the Rate parameter which determines the speed of modulation. This simple but very effective combination of effects and accommodating parameters serve as a fertile ground for a variety of lush, warm, and often nostalgia-inducing sounds which instantly transport you to a remote beach with slowly moving ocean waves, leaving all the rush of modern life far behind.
